Sam Bianco, an immigration attorney at Tingen Law, is driven by a deep passion for helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of living and thriving in the United States. Having personally experienced the complexities of the immigration system through his own family’s journey, Sam brings both professional expertise and heartfelt empathy to his clients’ cases.
Before joining Tingen Law, Sam spent over a decade working in adult education, serving immigrant communities in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Baltimore. His work as a Life Skills English teacher, Citizenship Instructor Coordinator, and Intake Assessment Specialist gave him an in-depth understanding of the challenges immigrants face when adapting to life in the U.S. These experiences ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in immigration law, allowing him to advocate directly for clients and help them secure legal status and peace of mind.
After earning his J.D., Sam joined Tingen Law, where he continues his lifelong mission of service. His practice focuses on humanitarian and family-based immigration, including asylum, U visas, and family petitions. Sam’s professional background, combined with his personal immigration journey, gives him a unique perspective and sensitivity toward each client’s story.
Sam’s philosophy centers around compassionate, client-focused advocacy. He believes in creating superior client experiences through open communication, teamwork, and relentless dedication. To better connect with clients, Sam is also studying Spanish and has proficiency in Japanese.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, reading science fiction, and staying up-to-date on global affairs. Whether he’s helping a client obtain a green card or carving jack-o’-lanterns with his family, Sam approaches every challenge with enthusiasm, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
